How will I get my FREE domain?
We offer a free domain registration of .com extension when you sign up on a 1, 2 or 3 year billing. We will register your domain for free for the first year. Domains are registered on your name and you hold full ownership of domain name.
What hosting plan should I choose?
For simple sites or personal blogs, our Beginner Standard plan is usually sufficient. For more dynamic sites (i.e. WordPress-based sites) we would suggest our Business Unlimited plan for the higher resource allocation & multiple websites hosting. For sites where e-commerce or application is hosting will be conducted or user data will be collected, we suggest our Premium Unlimited Plan. All our plans have FREE Lets Encrypt SSL.
Can you migrate my site from another host?
Yes! We provide free site migration with all of our hosting plans. The process is quite honest and there would be no downtime whatsoever during the migration process. Once you've signed up for a hosting account with us, you have to open a transfer support ticket in our client area with the login credentials for your old / existing hosting provider and we'll take care of the rest!
How do I access my email?
You can connect via your favorite email client (i.e. Outlook) using the industry-standard IMAP or POP protocols, or you can access your email via our included web-based email clients. You can connect you mobile devices (i.e. Apple, Android) with IMAP or POP

We do weekly back up of websites, you can use the cPanel backup option to back up your website. All our servers run minimum RAID1 for data safety, all hardware is monitored by Servers Gate infrastructure team.
